Laura Greco

Graduated cum laude at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum in 2015.

Lawyer in Bologna since 2019.

She has specialised in Internet and New Technology Law, studying specific fields such as data protection law, electronic document and signatures, e-Health, intellectual property and e-Commerce.

She took part to several research projects concerning data protection issues at the Free University of Bozen, which include studies on juridical aspects of cloud computing (“Trusted Cloud Computing for Europe 2020”) and investigation on aspects related to the trasnational transfer of personal data (“Data protection in the context of economic relationships: current state and future outlook”).

In 2017 she cooperated with the PoliTo Law & Technology Research Group as research fellow at Polytechnic of Turin.

Her English level is at the C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference standards. Her German and Spanish are at the B2 level of the same standards.
