November 2020 – present: PhD student in Earth, Life and Environmental Science; University of Bologna; Bologna (Italy). Supervisor: prof. Fabrizio Ghiselli. Topic: Comparative genomics in Bivalves Mollusks.

Research experience:

September 2020 – present: PhD project: My PhD research line is focused on the study of mollusks evolutionary dynamics in a comparative genomics framework with a focus on repetitive and non - coding regions.

November 2018 – March 2020: MSc thesis: Molecular phylogenetics and evolution of wings across Phasmatoda

Teaching activity:

  • Teaching assistantship for the "Molecular Phylogenetics" classes of the Master in Bioinformatics at the University of Bologna for the years 2021 - 2022 -2023.
  • Teaching assistantship for the "Comparative Genomic" class of the master in Biodiversity and Evolution for the years 2022 - 2023.
  • Co-organizer of the ITA*PHY 2023 workshop in phylogenomics; Trento.
