Hérica Morais Righi

Hérica MORAIS RIGHI is an economist (UFMG, Brazil) with a PhD in Innovation Management from the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (Pisa, Italy) and a Master (MSc) in Science and Technology Policy from Unicamp (Brazil). You are currently a research fellow at the Department of Management of the University of Bologna. She develops research in the fields of innovation economics, innovation management and entrepreneurship. In Brazil, she has 13 years of experience as a researcher and 5 years as Assistant Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. As Assistant Professor at the Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC, a Brazilian Business School), she has collaborated with several companies developing new projects of innovation, process improvement and management training.
