Short Bio

She got a PhD  in Agricultural, Environmental and Food Sciences and Technologies, actually shw works as a post-doc researcher at the University of Bologna, in the team lead by prof. Massimiliano Petracci. Research activities deal with poultry meat quality, with a particular emphasis on the evaluation and quality characterization of breast meat affected by muscular abnormalities (i.e. Wooden Breast, White Striping and Spaghetti Meat) and the study of post mortem energy metabolism of avian muscles.
