Gentili Studenti,

si comunica che, a partire dalla sessione invernale 2024, anche per chi ha già maturato la frequenza in un anno accademico antecedente all'A.A. 2023/2024 e precedenti l'esame di Informatica giuridica verterà sul seguente programma:

G. Sartor, Corso di Informatica giuridica. L’informatica giuridica e le tecnologie dell’informazione, Quarta edizione, Giappichelli, Torino, 2022.
Per i temi di informatica giuridica, studio delle slide accessibili al seguente link .

È escluso dunque il secondo manuale "Di Cocco-Sartor, Temi di diritto dell’informatica” dal programma di esame.

vi informiamo che l’orario del corso di Informatica giuridica (D-L) è stato modificato per evitare sovrapposizione con altre lezioni.
Le lezioni si terranno d’ora in poi il giovedì (14-17) e il venerdì (14-17).
Rimane salva la lezione di lunedì 23 settembre, ore 15-17.

Gentili Studenti,

Il pre-appello del 23 novembre 2023 inizierà alle ORE 9.00 e NON alle ore 10.00.nbsp;Si terrà in Aula Magna, Scuola di specializzazione in Professioni Legali "Enrico Redenti", Via Andreatta 4.

Al termine della prova scritta e della correzione dei test, gli studenti che avranno superato lo scritto saranno convocati per la prova orale in Aula H - Plesso Belmeloro, via Andreatta 8.

Da oggi è possibile prenotarsi tramite il sito di Almaesami. Ricordo che l’appello è riservato esclusivamente a chi abbia frequentato almeno il 70% delle lezioni. Saranno controllate preventivamente le presenze prese durante le lezioni.

Dopo un’interlocuzione con gli organi dipartimentali, confermiamo per quest'anno la possibilità per gli studenti frequentati di sostenere il pre-appello il 23 novembre 2023, ore 10.

Nei prossimi giorni, sarà possibile prenotarsi tramite il sito di Almaesami, non appena gli uffici della filiera didattica ci avranno indicato un’aula disponibile.

Informatica giuridica (DL-MQ) and Information Technology and Law exams: summer session 2022/2023

Pending the publication of the official calendars on Almaesami, the dates of the exam sessions in Legal Information Technology (DL-MQ) and Information Technology and Law are communicated informally as follows:

• 23 May 2023, 10 am

• 13 June 2023, 10 am

• 7 July 2023, 10 am

• 13 September 2023, 10 am

NB: Starting from the 2022/2023 summer session, the oral exam will be held on the same day as the written exam, as indicated in the calendar. In particular, the oral exam will take place after the Commission has corrected the written exam and has posted the list of results. The students are required to remain close to the room where the exam takes place.

Notice regarding examinations in Informatica Giuridica (DL-MQ)

The exam consists of a written test and an oral test, both compulsory and to be held on the same day, with the following modalities:

1) Written test:

The written test is in presence in the room indicated on the almaesami website for the relevant call.
It is a written test of 20 multiple-choice questions on the entire programme. Each correct answer will be given a score of 1.6 up to a maximum of 30 points. Each incorrect answer or answer not given will be given a score of 0. The final grade will be the sum of the points rounded to the closest integer.
The duration of the written test is 20 minutes.
Only an ID badge and a pen are required in order to take the test.
The result of the written test will be made available to students immediately after the correction by the Commission by posting the marks near the exam room. The students are required to remain close to the room where the exam takes place.

2) Oral test:

The oral test is in presence on the same day as the written test in the same room, after the posting of the results of the written test.
Students who have acquired a mark of 18/30 or higher in the written test of the same appeal are eligible to take the compulsory oral test.
Students who have obtained an insufficient mark in the written test are not admitted to the oral test and will have to register for another appeal.
It is only possible to take the oral test in the same appeal/day as the written test.
It consists of 2 or 3 questions on the entire programme.
The oral test starts from the mark obtained in the written test, to which a maximum of three points may be added or deducted. However, the examiners reserve the right to assess the entire examination as insufficient if the questions asked in the oral examination are not answered.

Students obtaining a mark of at least 18 points in the written exam have the following choice:

they can ask that the mark obtained in the written exam is registered as their final mark; or
they can come to the oral exam and ask for an additional question in order to improve their mark. The oral exam is optional, and may also result in decreasing the mark obtained in the written exam.

In case 1), the student will send an email message to informaticagiuridicags.adm@gmail.com, including the following information:

name and surname
student number
date of the written exam
explicit acceptance of the mark as published in the website of the course
