Short Bio

An innate passion for bucolic landscapes: this was the reason for chosing an educational path in Animal Science. The BSc and MSc allowed me to study the food supply chain dynamics, particularly focusing on food of animal origin.

My PhD program is a privileged observatory to analyze the poultry industry evolution within the modern Italian and international agribusinesses. My research revolves around gut health optimization and GI microbiota modulation of poultry. However, following a holistic approach to science, I desire to attain a comprehensive view of the dietary interventions aimed at positively influencing the gastrointestinal ecosystem of both poultry and mammalian species.
