Conversione voti scambi Erasmus

Dato il diffondersi della (spiacevole) abitudine da parte di alcuni studenti di ritorno da scambi Erasmus di comunicare al docente quale dovrebbe essere il voto di conversione, a partire dalla data d'oggi, si rende noto agli studenti di ritorno dal programma Erasmus, che la conversione è fatta dal docente a suo insindacabile giudizio, con l'ausilio delle tabelle di conversione approvate dal dipartimento. Il persistere per una diversa valutazione non ha effetto sul voto finale.

Dal 01 giugno 2017, le email inviate al docente che contengano domande e/o richieste la cui risposta può essere facilmente trovata consultando le pagine Web dell'Ateneo o quella personale del docente, non riceveranno più risposta.nbsp;

As of June 01, 2017, all emails to the instructor asking for information and other requests, the answer to which could be easily found on the University Web pages or on the instructor's personal Web page, will neither be acknowledged nor received any reply.nbsp;

Indicazioni per le domande Erasmus+

1) Il colloquio con il docente è puramente conoscitivo, non ha fini di valutazione, che è invece fatta sulla base dei criteri indicati nel bando.

2) la conoscenza linguistica, soprattuto della lingua inglese, è fondamentale. Gli studenti devono disporre di una certificazione esterna del loro livello di conoscenza linguistica.

3) gli studenti Erasmus seguono regole diverse dagli studenti che si iscrivono regolarmente nelle università ospitanti.Lo stesso vale per la possibilità di scelta dei corsi, i cui limiti sono imposti dalle università ospitanti.

4) tutte le richieste di informazioni sono benvenute e incoraggate dal docente. Tuttavia, prima a di conttattare direttamente il docente, lo studente dovrà essersi ben documentato sia sul sito dell'università ospitante sia su quelli degli uffici Erasmus della Scuola e di Ateneo.

Dal 01.06.2015, ogni studente che intenda chiedere la tesi deve, prima di discuterne con il docente, leggere con attenzione le informazioni su "casi studio", riportate nella sezione "Contenuti Utili".nbsp;

Qualora uno studente dovesse scegliere di presentarsi a ricevimento per la tesi senza aver prima svolto questo essenziale compito, il docente si considera autorizzato a rinviare lo studente ad altro appuntamento, dopo che le lettere richieste siano state completate.nbsp;

IMPORTANT: Reference Letters, second note

Students should be advised that, as of May 1st, 2015, a new rule will be applied by the instructor for those requesting a presentation/reference letter.

These letter,s if done properly, always require around an hour, for each request. since nowadays all institutions, universities and so on require such letters, this instructor is spending an increasing amount time in drafting and writing them. Unfortunately, most of the time, this instructor knows very well that the chances for the applicant to pass the selection are quite slim.nbsp;

Nevertheless, students keep asking for them. it is not their fault, only that, as mentioned above, basically every institution/organisation asks for one or more.

Hence, if a student intends to ask this instructor for such a letter, he/she will automatically accept the instructor's judgment about his/her chances to make it. In case of a low probability to pass, the instructor will simply not write the letter: no exception.

(1) Dal primo maggio del 2009, il docente non saragrave; piugrave; disponibile per scrivere lettere di presentazione/raccomandazione per gli studenti, se non in casi eccezionali e chiaramente giustificati.

(2)nbsp;Policy on letters of recommendation:
You must have taken at least one course or graduated with me before I will consider writing a letter of recommendationnbsp;for you. I will only write letters for students that have performed well, which means usually 28-30 (I may be open to writing a letter for an individual who shows improvement
from the first to a second class. Since a recommendation reliesnbsp;on personal knowledge, it would be in your interest to distinguish yourself in class or in their thesis. If I donrsquo;t know you, Inbsp;cannot comment on anything besides your course performance.nbsp;
