PhD candidate in United European Literature, DESE curriculum (37th cycle).
His area of study focuses on Italian, British, and French Young Adult (about and for teenagers) literature. He is particularly interested in studying the representation of LGBTQ+ characters and themes in YA fiction from a comparative perspective, according to methodologies based on queer and utopian criticism.
He is an IRSCL (International Research Society for Children's Literature) and YASA (YA Studies Association) member.
