I have been a lecturer since 2014 and a consultant since 2017.
As a lecturer, I facilitate experiential learning of contemporary approaches to conflict resolution, communication, decision making, leadership, motivation and negotiation within a business environment, enabling participants to develop their people-management expertise.
As an organisational development consultant, I help people and organisations develop innovative solutions to business challenges, such as growth, extreme competition and coaching culture. My focus is very much on providing the necessary support, processes and infrastructure to ensure people develop the skills, knowledge, behaviours and experience they need to overcome day-to-day challenges and achieve their long-term goals.
