An official end-of-quarantine decision has been issued for my close relative. Let’s then meet at Palazzo Verdi Aula Gershewitch at 11 am for those who attend in presence, and virtually via our virtual classroom via TEAMS for those who prefer to attend remotely. Please note that tomorrow will be our penultimate class – before our final class on December 20th. As some of you have mentioned problems in attending on Dec 20th (particularly exams on that day), and in order to maximize attendance for the Class Evaluation Questionnaire by the students, I have decided to schedule the Questionnaire tomorrow – at the end of our class (13.45 to 14.00). The Questionnaire is entirely anonymous and students are kindly asked to fill it in via their devices (tablets, smart phones, laptops..) – following the instructions that will be given by the Instructor (link and code will be shared upon opening the evaluation). Your opinion is key, and it is the most relevant input for us to improve the quality of teaching in a way that responds to students’ needs and suggestions. I hope I can count on your participation tomorrow!

<a10:updated>2021-12-05T20:01:51+01:00</a10:updated>

Make-up PDGW class of Dec 20 will be recorded

Based on the requests received by some of you – and after consultation with our Course Coordinator – our make-up class of Dec 20 class will be recorded – to minimize the inconvenience for those students who have an institutional engagement in the same day (Unibo exams Prof. Marchi, Prof. Grotti).

<a10:updated>2021-11-27T16:31:45+01:00</a10:updated>

Classes Nov 29 and Dec 2 will be held digitally

Dear Pdgw Students,

after consultation with I-Contact Course Coordinator, it has been decided that our classes of Nov 29 and Dec 2 will also be delivered digitally - as safety must be our first priority. While she tested negative, I have a quarantined close relative until the end of next week (under age 12 - i.e. not vaccinated, 10 days quarantine mandatory), as other underage kids have tested positive in her class. As a result I must exert maximum caution with respect to any social contact. I apologise again for the inconvenience, and wish you a nice weekend – see you all on Monday

I have a close relative who has been quarantined and is awaiting a covid test. I have chosen to operate along a maximum precaution principle, deferring in presence classes until we get - hopefully- a covid negative result. Please be so kind to attend via the digital 'online class' button - in the Course webpage.

I apologize for the inconvenience, these are the kind of obstacles we all face these days.

I am sure we will be able to have a great class anyway (it's democracy and development..after all!) - apologies to all of you, and see you at 3pm tomorrow,

Updates of the official I-contact calendar will be done tomorrow by the Segreteria - so you will not find anything until then. In the meantime, please circulate among your classmates,

Thank you,
