I am Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Fellow with the project ANIMATE. This research will unfold between the University of California, Los Angeles (2022-23) and the University of Bologna (2024).
After BA and MA at the University of Bologna, I received my PhD in Art History from the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari in 2018. Between 2018 and 2021 I was postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Berenson Fellow at Harvard – Villa I Tatti.
My research interests focus on Baroque courtly performances, 15th-century depictions of earthly paradise, and anthropomorphic representations of the ecumene in Early Modern frescoes and prints.
