I am a PhD student at the University of Bologna, Italy, under the supervision of Prof. Matteo Berti, with co-supervision from Dr. Mauro Reguzzoni (Hortus Srl). My research focuses on developing monitoring techniques and early-warning procedures to mitigate the risks associated with landslides and debris flows. Specifically, my work is centered in Val Camonica (Lombardy, Italy) and on the Volcán de Colima (Mexico). I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Management of Mountain Areas, specializing in natural risk management. For my master's thesis, I conducted fieldwork and analyzed seismic and rainfall data related to debris-flow initiation in the Gadria catchment (Val Venosta, Italy).
