Davide Rocchetti is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, University of Bologna. Currently, he is involved in the Horizon Europe-funded project Protest as a Democracy Test: Protest Culture under Transformation and as a Transformative Power.
He holds a PhD in Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento, where he is member of the CoACT Research Group. He has been a visiting scholar at the Center for Civil Society Research at the WZB Berlin Social Center.
His research lies in political sociology, with a focus on collective action and protest politics. He works fluently with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
