APPELLI ANNO 2020
Il Decreto Rettorale del 27 febbraio u.s. ha previsto lo svolgimento di esami di profitto e prove finali con modalità a distanza, in ottemperanza alle disposizioni contenute nei Decreti del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri 1 marzo e 4 marzo 2020.
Gli appelli, fino a nuove disposizioni, si terranno per via telematica.
Di seguito, in dettaglio, le disposizioni che abbiamo ricevuto:
Art. 1 – Svolgimento a distanza degli esami di profitto
Il docente è tenuto a:
- gestire gli appelli, le iscrizioni e le verbalizzazioni attraverso l’applicativo standard Almaesami;
- utilizzare Microsoft Teams per lo svolgimento dell’esame;
- invitare tutti gli studenti iscritti all’appello a collegarsi alla piattaforma nel giorno e orario previsti;
- effettuare la seduta di esame con un tutor, un cultore della materia o altra figura equivalente, in presenza o collegato a distanza;
- informare gli studenti che adotterà i provvedimenti atti a prevenire e reprimere comportamenti che possano turbare il regolare svolgimento dell’esame;
- prima dell’inizio dell’esame, identificare lo studente tramite un valido documento di riconoscimento;
in assenza di un valido documento di identità lo studente non potrà sostenere l’esame;
- gestire il colloquio e la successiva valutazione come di consueto e comunicare al termine del colloquio il voto allo studente;
- verbalizzare le valutazioni su Almaesami.
APPEALS YEAR 2020
The Rectoral Decree of February 27 u.s. has provided for the conduct of profit exams and final tests with distance modality, in compliance with the provisions contained in the Decrees of the President of the Council of Ministers 1 March and 4 March 2020.
Consequently, the appeals will be held electronically.
Below, in detail, the provisions we have received:
Art. 1 - Remote performance of the profit exams The teacher is required to:
- manage appeals, registrations and minutes through the standard Almaesami application;
- use Microsoft Teams for the examination;
- invite all students enrolled in the appeal to connect to the platform on the scheduled day and time;
- carry out the examination session with a tutor, a subject expert or other equivalent figure, in presence or connected remotely;
- inform students that it will take measures to prevent and repress behaviors that could upset the regular conduct of the exam;
- before the start of the exam, identify the student through a valid identification document; in the absence of a valid identity document, the student cannot take the exam;
- manage the interview and subsequent evaluation as usual and communicate the grade to the student at the end of the interview;
- record the assessments on Almaesami.
