Professor at the University of Bologna since 2014, he carries out his research in the field of civil procedural law and insolvency law. His research interests focus in particular on the procedural aspects of trusts, cross-border insolvency and alternative dispute resolution tools. His research currently focuses on the issue of trust management and administration proceedings.
Author of numerous publications, she has carried out research and in-depth studies in Paris (Sorbonne, Pantheon Paris) and in the United States (UC Berkeley, California).
