1975: Graduate in Astronomy at Bologna University.
1977-1980: Scholarship at C.N.R.
1980-1992: Confirmed Researcher in Rational Mechanics at
Engineering Faculty of the Bologna University.
1992: He obtains the status of Associate Professor of
Mathematical Physics and he moves to the University of Trento where
he taught Rational Mechanics at Engineering Faculty.
1993-2000: Associate Professor of Mathematical Physics at the
University of Bologna.
2000-2004: Extraordinary Professor of Mathematical Physics at
Bologna University.
2004-2020: Full Professor of
Mathematical Physics at Engineering Faculty of the Bologna
University.
Since 1/11/2020 he is Alma Mater Honorary Professor of the University of Bologna and Adjunct professor at Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental, and Materials Engineering and at Department of Architecture.
In his teaching activity he taught:
