Arianna Casarini

PhD Candidate in History and Critic of Contemporary Architecture for the Department of Visual, Performing and Media Arts (XXV cycle).

Her academic researches, situated at the intersection between architecture and art, deal with contemporary architecture and display, with a particular focus on the context of exhibition culture, curatorial studies and (para) museological frame.
Her doctoral project explores architecture exhibitions in the institutional context as theoretical entities, examining the historical and current curatorial approaches developed by institutions and their actors to mediate, represent and display architecture.
