Short Bio


Anna Soci graduated in Interrnational Economics in Bologna and attended post-graduate studies in Princeton (USA). She is a full Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna and a teacher of Economic Inequality at the Collegio Superiore (educational excellence-center of the University). She is life-member of Clare Hall in Cambridge. She was Senior Visiting Fellow al Department of Land Economy (Cambridge University), Research Fellow of the Italian Academy for Advanced Studies in America (Columbia University), Jemolo Fellow al Nuffield College (Oxford University). She is an operative member of the Academy Advisory Board of the Network for European Studies (University of Helsinki). She was Principal Investigator of several international research projects. She authored books and articles on refereed journals plus numerous working papers. She is currently researching in economic inequality. Go to the Curriculum vitae
