Short Bio

Anna Malandrino is a postdoctoral scholar at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Bologna (October 2020 – to date). Her research is anchored in the public policy and administration field and focuses on policy analysis, policy advice, evidence-based policy, education policy and public procurement. She is also affiliated with the University of Bern and the person responsible for the Italian case study within the CoWiNaCo project on Compliance with National Covid-19 measures. She has been a visiting scholar at the Center for European Studies of Harvard University, with a project concerning multilingual education policy in migrant hosting systems, and has worked as a lecturer and PhD researcher at the University of Turin. Her background is interdisciplinary: She holds a PhD in Public Administration, an MA in International Relations, and an MA in European and American Languages and Cultures. In 2019, she won the Franco Levi award for the best PhD dissertation on administrative reform. Go to the Curriculum vitae
