Exam Procedure During the COVID-19 Emergency

We inform you that, due to the actual situation, all the exams of prof. Angela Carpi scheduled in May, June, July and September 2020 will take place online, through the platforms TEAMS, EOL and ZOOM.

The oral exams will be carried out using the TEAMS platform. Written exams will be carried out through EOL (or IOL) platform, provided by the university's IT support: EOL (or IOL), to show the written test in a web form to be digitally filled in, TEAMS or ZOOM for surveillance during the test.

In order to allow the online exam to take place, a computer or tablet, as well as a webcam and microphone are needed.

The virtual classroom will be created when the enrollment lists are closed. Regularly enrolled students will receive an email containing a link to connect to, on the date and time established for the exam.
Precise information will be communicated to students enrolled at the time of closing the lists on Almaesami, always by email.

Si avvisa che in occasione della lezione del prof. Mads Andenas, il 16 novembre 2015, dalle ore 15 alle ore 16 si terrà un approfondimento/dibattito. La lezione si terrà in aula L palazzina B, via Belmeloro 14.

Ai fini della lezione è consigliata la lettura dei due saggi di Andenas-Faigrieve, "Simply a matter of style?" e Andenas-Faigrieve, "Courts and comparative law", caricati sui materiali del corso liberamente accessibili a tutti gli studenti.
