The cases are also included in the VIRTUALE dropbox in .pdf format. Substantial parts have been underlined by the Professor, in order to avoid procedural or other matters not relevant for the analysis in class and the exam. However, if the underlined portions are not clear enough to the student for the legal reasoning of the rationale, the student can/must read also the other connected parts for well understanding and explaining the case in the oral exam if he or she deems it necessary.
