Agnese Palazzi is a PhD candidate in European Union Law at the Legal Department since November 2022. Her research focuses on European Union law on asylum and migration since 2016.
In 2017, she obtained a Master's degree in Law at the University of Bologna and a Master 2 en Droit (mention droit italien) at the Université de Paris 10- Nanterre.
In 2018, she obtained a Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe (European Publac Affairs and Policies major). She has collaborated as a legal researcher with the European Union Asylum Agency (EUAA) since 2018.
During her PhD research, she has been focusing on the legal implications of the use of artificial intelligence in procedures for the recognition of international protection in European Union law.
She is a member of the International PhD College of the Collegio Superiore at the University of Bologna.
