CARROB, SAINT JOHN'S BREAD. THESIS AVAILABLE
The Thesis Carob, Saint John's Bread: ancestral knowledge, contrast to climate change and agroforestry-gastronomic innovations in the Mediterranean and Latin America is available.
The Thesis will be carried out in the period January-December 2023 as part of the European Union Triangular Cooperation Initiative - ALS for Sustainable Local Development. Scientific Coordination: Earth in Transition-University of Bologna.
