Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire

At the end of the course, the student knows the way in which marketing is understood and thought up to the digital age that has brought the proliferation of channels and technologies which in turn have radically changed the context in which marketers find themselves operating. The student acquires the new marketing skills: data and analytics, customer experience, content, omni-channels and personalization. The students knows the details of Digital Platforms and underlying reasons for adopting them in a business environment and the strategic and innovative technical details as microservices and API management to have a full picture of the key features that make a digital platform really valuable and effective for an organization. Moreover, the student acquires the key capabilities of an omnichannel platform and the standard tools used to select software and solutions the best fit a specific application. Playing with a high-level general-purpose solution (IFTTT) the student understands how much easy is to create new services on top of open platforms. At the end, the student knows platform business model fundamentals to have a full understanding of what make a digital platform a digital business ecosystem.

"Marketing, Sales and Platforms for the Digital Age" è un corso completo per gli studenti della laurea magistrale in Digital Transformation Management. Serve a capire a fondo come il digitale e l'AI stiano cambiando il marketing, e che cosa questo comporti per le imprese. Fondamenti teorici e applicazione pratica, insieme: si lavora su branding ed emotional branding, strategia di marketing, SEO e SEM, social media, content marketing, e-commerce e conversione, retention e valore del cliente, decisioni guidate dai dati, piattaforme e uso dell'AI lungo tutto il marketing.

Il corso è un viaggio unico, guidato da una sola mappa: la Digital Marketing Matrix. La Matrix organizza tutto il marketing digitale in quattro stream e sedici passi, e in aula la percorriamo da un capo all'altro: la Foundation, dove decidiamo chi siamo e chi serviamo; la Discovery, il modo in cui persone e macchine ci trovano; la Conversion, come si trasforma l'attenzione in fatturato; la Loyalty, come si tiene il cliente, lo si fa crescere e se ne dimostra il valore. Ogni sessione avanza sulla mappa e aggiunge uno strato a un piano vero. Chi finisce il corso non porta via un elenco di argomenti sentiti in aula, ma un metodo che può rifare da solo.

L'AI attraversa tutti gli stream invece di comparire alla fine, perché è così che la disciplina si pratica oggi. La fase finale si chiude con un piano di marketing completo per un brand italiano, sviluppato e presentato dal gruppo, così la teoria diventa lavoro. Chi esce da qui sa costruire un piano di marketing digitale di livello internazionale, per un'azienda, una startup o il lancio di un prodotto.

Il corso è composto da lezioni teoriche e pratiche insieme a lavori di gruppo strutturati. Ogni modulo sarà integrato nella struttura generale dei quattro Stream. La continuità nella partecipazione al corso fornirà a ciascuno studente una panoramica completa dei temi e la capacità di partecipare ai progetti di gruppo.

Sono previste modalità d'esame differenziate per studenti frequentanti (partecipazione ad almeno il 60% delle lezioni) e non frequentanti:

  • Considerando che i corsi 37388 Entrepreneurship e 96098 Marketing, Sales and Platforms for the Digital Age sono insegnati come moduli integrati, il voto finale del corso combinato 96097 Marketing in the Digital Age, Innovation and Entrepreneurship sarà calcolato come la media dei voti ottenuti nei due moduli.
  • Poiché l’esame scritto finale è volto a valutare la vostra comprensione dei concetti fondamentali e la loro applicazione pratica, non sarà consentito l’uso di materiali o dispositivi esterni, come computer, tablet, telefoni, calcolatrici, libri o appunti. Tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno sarà la conoscenza acquisita durante il corso e una buona penna per esprimerla al meglio.
  • I voti sono assegnati sulla base di una valutazione complessiva di conoscenze, competenze, abilità di presentazione e discussione dei temi trattati. Le fasce di voto corrispondono a:
  • 18-23: lo studente ha una preparazione sufficiente e capacità analitiche limitate, diffuse però su pochi argomenti trattati nel corso, con un linguaggio corretto.
  • 24-27: lo studente dimostra una preparazione adeguata a livello tecnico con qualche incertezza sugli argomenti. Buone capacità analitiche ma non molto articolate, con uso corretto del linguaggio.
  • 28-30: ottima conoscenza della maggior parte degli argomenti trattati nel corso, buone capacità critiche e analitiche, buon uso del linguaggio specifico.
  • 30L: conoscenza eccellente e approfondita di tutti gli argomenti del corso, eccellenti capacità critiche e analitiche, uso eccellente del linguaggio specifico.
