Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire
Al termine del corso, lo studente: - conosce e valuta i rapporti tra ordinamento giuridico, sistema normativo e sistema economico e, nello specifico, alcuni profili del sistema di governo dell’economia e di quello di regolazione del mercato a livello nazionale ed europeo; - dimostra la capacità di identificare le forme e le discipline giuridiche applicabili all'intervento pubblico nell'economia e quindi di valutare quali discipline giuridiche possano essere applicabili alle decisioni economiche, nell'ambito dei rapporti tra Stato e mercato, anche alla luce del diritto europeo.

International contest, international organization (historical view, present rules)
European contest, single market (from 1951 to the present), Law and legal systems
Regulatory framework of specific sectors: organization, european agencies, rules, assessment of market structures and european regulation
Last lectures will be dedicated to the student presentations

there will be minimum 3 and maximum 5 members for each group. The topics will be assigned during the first 2 lessons.
The exam consists of three parts:
1. paper and presentation of the paper
Two days before the date on which you will take the exam students must send to professor Bertarini (beatrice.bertarini2@unibo.it) the paper (there are the details in slide 0 that you can find in virtual), on the day of the exam students must present this paper
2. class participation
students have to read and be prepared to answer two questions (one for each topic) related to specific topics. The references to the bibliography to prepare these two answers can be found in VIRTUALE, the files are named October 21st lesson and October 24th lesson, there you will find the references to the articles students need to study to prepare these two answers.
3. oral question
the question will focus on the other topics presented in class, students can found slides and bibliographic references in VIRTUALE.
Evaluation criteria:
18-23: the student has sufficient preparation and analytical skills, spread however, over just few topics taught in the course, the overall jargon is correct
24-27: the student shows and adequate preparation at a technical level with some doubts over the topics. Good, yet not to articulate analytical skills with the use of a correct jargon
28-30: Great knowledge about most of the topics taught in the course, good critical and analytical skills, good usage of the specific jargon
30L: excellent and in depth knowledge of all the topics in the course, excellent critical and analytical skills, excellent usage of specific jargon.
