Recipients
The service is aimed at the staff of Bologna University (professional staff, teaching staff, researchers, research fellows, foreign language instructors, CEL, language trainers, fixed term foreign language assistant).
What it offers
The service offers free psychological support sessions, consisting of a series of up to five meetings. Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be conducted either online or in person.
The service offers listening, support and guidance to help you face and manage emotional overload and relational difficulties you might experience in the various areas of sentimental and social life, including your working life.
The aim of the "Avrò cura di me" service is to help people identify and use their internal resources to improve psychological flexibility, and their psychological well-being, and to better cope with the uncertainties of everyday life and relational conflicts.
A questionnaire and an informed consent form have to be filled in, which ensures your privacy is protected during the processing of personal data.
Cases mainly requiring psychiatric care are not accepted. For emergencies, it is necessary to contact the competent Mental Health Center (CSM), according to your residence.
How to apply for the service
To access the service, please fill in the online form. You will soon be contacted to arrange the first meeting.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, you should cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.
