Course contents

The course of juridical laboratory introduces to some great themes of law through the reading and the analysis of literary passages. Alongside its intrinsic cultural value, the aim of the course is to activate key competences for the jurist in training: from the comprehension of the text to the interpretation, from the identification of the legally relevant aspects to the ability to autonomously search for sources using databases and digital resources . The course is divided into 7 Units, each dedicated to a macro-theme: 1. Justice 2. Interpretation 3. Environment 4. Human rights 5. Penalty 6. Biolaw 7. Process. At the end of each Unit there is a self-assessment test, consisting of a series of multiple-choice questions. The purpose of the test is to verify the acquisition of the basic contents of the Unit without affecting the final outcome of the course. The test can be repeated several times until sufficient is achieved, equal to at least 6 out of 10 correct answers. Until the sufficiency is reached, it is not possible to switch to the next Unit.
