N.B.
For the purposes of the exam, students attending the course are required to prepare a chapter of their choice (La didattica del diritto. Metodi, strumenti e prospettive, edited by V. Marzocco, S. Zullo, T. Casadei, Pacini Giuridica, Pisa, 2019) and the materials that will be published on the iol platform.

Students who are not attending will have to prepare the entire text (La didattica del diritto. Metodi, strumenti e prospettive, edited by V. Marzocco, S. Zullo, T. Casadei, Pacini Giuridica, Pisa, 2019) and the materials published on the iol platform.

Teaching methods

Given the specific aims of the course, some of the classes will follow an interactive approach: beyond the explanations, the students will be involved in discussions and laboratories focused on the methodologies and other topics explained during the course.

Assessment methods

Students will take a final oral exam covering both modules and the exam consists of 3-4 open questions on the entire program.

The final exam is aimed at verifying the knowledge of the topics and tools illustrated during the course and the ability to use these tools to plan a teaching unit in the legal field.

For students attending classes, it will also be possible, in order to assess the learning outcomes, to use written tests or to request short thesis or practical projects.

Teaching tools

Powerpoint slides will be used; possible other material for individual consultation will be indicated during the course.

Students with learning disorders or other impairments who need special aids can point that out to the instructor, who will make appropriate arrangements to that end.
