Learning outcomes

The laboratory is mainly applicative, the learning outcomes is to provide the tools for the preparation of a business plan for the development of a new business activity, a new branch of business or a new business idea. At the end of the workshop the student is able to : - carry out the preliminary analysis necessary for the preparation of the plan; - structure the different phases of the plan (from the analysis of competitors to the positioning choices); - evaluate the alternatives of choice in economic terms.

Course contents

The laboratory consists in the preparation of a Business Plan for a new business initiative, the launch of a new product and/or market or a new branch of business.
