Learning outcomes

At the end of the internship the student gets knowledge and ability that mekes him able to apply the process of physiotherapy; using clinical reasoning he can realize a physical therapy treatment according to international guidelines and the best practice. He does his interventions to answer properly to the sanitary needs of each person and of the population. He's able to assess the efficacy of its treatment, identifying critical issues and applying solutions. He respects cultural differences, rights and values of each persons. He's able to use a propositive communication, to control and manage emotions, to be creative and to lead his thoughtful thinking always searching health both for the individual and for society.

Course contents

Internship 3 is attended in hospitals and at he home of the patients, with the aim to aquire alle the competence planned in the didactic objectives

We recommand the textbooks suggested by the teacher of each subject

Teaching methods

The internship is presented in a briefing where are shared the structures, the didactic objective and the assessed methods

The clinical practice is attended with a tutorial teaching.

At the end of the internship is planned a debriefing to share the experiences of the students

Assessment methods

Each internship provide an assessment made by the tutors through a contract which contains every single didactic objective.

At the end of the is scheduled a practical examination

Teaching tools

For the internship is provided a tutorship by a physiotherapist trained to be e clinical teacher as required by actual law (D.M. 270/04)
