Learning outcomes

After completing this module the student has knowledge of primary and secondary standards of supervision and regulation of financial markets both at Community and at national level, with particular attention to the rules of transparency and market intermediaries, and the protection of the investor.

Course contents

The Course analyzes the discipline of the italian financial market (T.U. n. 58/1998), regarding especially the acces to the market, vigilance, control, appeal to public saving, discipline of regulated markets.
