Learning outcomes
This course aims to introduce students to the themes of Strategy in the sports context: it offers multiple perspectives of analysis, stimulates a critical vision of managerial phenomena and research, in a systematic way, with a strong anchoring to reality.
The object of investigation is the sports society, considered as an active subject that operates in a wider context, composed of individuals, institutions and other organizations.
After introducing the reference context of the company, the different strategic assets will be presented to understand their functioning and governance.
At the end of the course the student will know the fundamental concepts of the strategy and conditions of development of the sports society
