Basic knowledge in the field of design and analysis of digital and analog electronic circuits.

Course contents

MOS transistors and planar silicon technology.

CMOS logics, memories and circuits.

Amplifiers, OPAMPS, active filters and commonly used analog circuits.

Diodes and diode circuits. Zener diodes and voltage references.

A/D and D/A converters.
