Seats: 16
Equipment: folding tables with wheels, wi-fi, plugs, screen wall usable with laptop.
Access: booking on Affluences. Seats can be booked for a maximum of 4 groups of 2-4 people at the same time.
The room must be booked by a Unibo Student that is the supervisor of the whole group and responsible for the correct use of the room. The student has to identify him/herself with the badge at Library’s desk on time.
Seats can be booked at least 3 days in advance. The reservation expires 30 minutes after the starting time.

Reservations can be modified according to the library needs.
The room is available for individual study with no reservations.
Internal regulation
- Behave properly and do not damage the room and its equipment.
- Keep the room clean and tidy.
- Do not smoke, eat or drink (only water is permitted).
- Library books are allowed in the room if borrowed before at the Library desk.
- It's allowed to enter in the room with personal belongings but the Library is not responsible for unattended objects.
