Equity and inclusion: services and initiatives to foster a culture of respect for all forms of diversity

Support and advocacy services; tools for studying and working in an inclusive manner; policies and initiatives to promote equality for all.

Ensuring fairness and respect for diversity means building a shared culture, both within and outside the University.

The University of Bologna works with its community and the local area to ensure a study and work environment founded on respect, equal opportunities and people’s wellbeing. This commitment is based on the responsibility each of us has in contributing to change and on co-designing actions and tools. This is implemented through services, reference persons and initiatives that promote respect, equality and wellbeing for everyone: the student community, University staff and partners.
