Access to the offices and services of the University of Bologna

Due to the current pandemic, all our front offices will be closed until further notice, but services continue to run remotely.

Students can use the University’s online services as usual.

  • Degree programmes
    Under the Contacts section of your programme website you can find out how to get in touch with the relevant offices.
  • Student Administration offices
    Student Administration Offices take care of all student administration issues – from enrolment to graduation.
  • Settore Diritto allo studio (Right to higher education Unit)
    The offices of the Right to Higher Education Unit provide information on fees and exemptions, student associations, 150 hours collaborations, loans, study grants, etc. To find out how to contact the offices, please refer to the information in the Contact section of the Study grants and subsidies page.
  • International students
    How to get in touch with the offices supporting international students and mobility students.
  • Support services for students with learning disability and other disabilities
    These services offer guidance and support to students with learning disability and other disabilities before and during their studies.
