URP - Public Relations Office

The objective of the Public Relations Office is to facilitate contacts with the University. The University of Bologna has a Multicampus organisation that includes five campuses: Bologna, Cesena, Forlì, Ravenna, and Rimini.

There is a Public Relations Office on each campus.

After a telephone conversation, users can answer a short questionnaire to rate the service received from the URP.

Telephone service opening hours:

  • Tuesday 10:00 - 13:00 and 14:30 - 16:00
  • Wednesday 10:00 - 13:00 
  • Thursday 14:30 - 16:00
  • Friday 10:00 - 13:00

In-person meetings:

  • Monday and Friday 9:00–10:00

  • a help desk for comments, suggestions and complaints;
