Course overview
The Summer School intends to integrate the knowledge that is normally acquired during the ordinary study curriculum or during the course of legal practice or administrative careers, with the peculiar competences that derive from an in-depth study of the comparative methodology. The focus on the judiciary as a field of application of the comparative methodology is of great interest for all professional careers to which the didactic proposal is addressed, as it deepens the knowledge of specific rights guarantee instruments through the study of supranational judicial systems and of their relationship with internal jurisdictions.
