Admission qualifications
The three-year Degree in Cultural Heritage (L1) and other three-year degrees of the following classes are required: L3, L5, L10, L20, L42.
Account will also be taken of the equivalence with the three-year degrees of the Ministerial Decree 509/99 and the previous orders.
Any other degrees will be evaluated together with the respective curricula in the evaluation and selection phase of the questions.
Selection criteria
Members of companies and sponsoring associations have priority in enrolment.

Study plan

The course is mainly practical and will cover the following topics:

1. Semantic web and linked data

Definition, principles and techniques

2. Linked data life cycle

Central part of the course which will be divided into the following sections:

- analysis of the knowledge domain and modelling

- production of triples, loading on a sparql endpoint, consistency checks

- interlinking with external datasets and queries

- data re-use, creation of new types of documents: tools and methods for story telling and data visualization

3. Case studies for cultural heritage
