- Course overview
- Writing in English is becoming more and more important both for studying at universities abroad and for pursuing an academic career, and international publications are generally considered to be more prestigious. This course is therefore designed for postgraduate students (Master's or PhD) and researchers who want to learn the conventions of academic writing in English in order to write better research articles.

- The participants will be able to: - plan, structure and write the content of a research article according to IMRAD (Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion); - write an abstract according to the conventions of academic writing; - construct cohesive and coherent paragraphs; - avoid typical mistakes in academic writing, and adhere to a given stylesheet.

- All types of second cycle degree/Two year Master - 120 ECTS (General policies and regulations D.M. 270) or Second cycle degree/Two year Master of the same subject area, (General policies and regulations DM 509/99 and previous degree programme system).
