Professional Profile
The Master will offer an advanced preparation in Oceanography and Marine Technologies. This knowledge is required in public and private organizations/companies/institutions working in the large field of the maritime economy and the marine protection.
The Master introduces to the science of ocean forecasting and the services that derive from it, in order to exploit the marine resources in a sustainable way and start innovative markets, including the internet sectors connected to the marine conditions.

Admission qualifications
A first level Master in all fields of engineering, physics, mathematics, astronomy, chemistry, geology, statistics, environmental sciences, computer science;

According to a positive assessment of the Admission Board, candidates with Master’s degrees in the fields of natural sciences can be admitted at the programme, provided they are in possession of job experiences and qualifications showing qualified expertise in the subjects covered by the professional master programme.

Candidates should contact the Italian Diplomatic Representation in the country the degree was obtained from (or the competent Italian Diplomatic Representation for the territory in question) and request:
i) an authenticated copy of the qualification;
ii) the official translation of the qualification
iii) the declaration of value

Additionally the following documents are required:
a. the Curriculum Vitae,
b. a letter of intent explaining why the candidate is interested in the Master and c. a reference letter
