Professional Profile
The Professional Master's Programme in Criminal Law of Business and the Economy sets out to train operators skilled in economic criminal law able to work in professional and business areas, through rigorous study and the analysis and comparison of concrete case studies. Moreover the programme offers businesses greater awareness of the criminal legislation governing business choices, through the cooperation of professional figures also operating in interdisciplinary fields.

Admission qualifications
a) Three-year degrees pursuant to DM 270/04 in the following classes: L-14 Legal Services Sciences; L-16 Administration and Organisation Sciences; L-18 Economic Sciences and Business Management; L-33 Economic Sciences; L-36 Political Sciences and International Relations or other three-year degrees in equivalent subjects, including those obtained under previous degree systems (DM 509/99 and the older degree systems "Vecchio Ordinamento").

b) Second and single cycle degree pursuant to D.M. 270/04 in the following classes: LMG/01 Law; LM-56 Economic Sciences; LM-76 Economic Sciences for the Environment and Culture; LM-77 Economic and Business Sciences or second or single cycle degrees in equivalent subjects, also under previous degree programme systems (DM. 509/99 and Old System).
Selection criteria
Admission to the Master’s degree programme is subject to the positive assessment of the candidates’ qualifications and interview.

The selection procedures will take place on 16/12/2016 from 2.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m. and on 20/12/2016, from 10.00 a.m. to 14.00 p.m.
