Fees for students graduating before the last exam session for the academic year 2020/21

Information regarding tuition fees and enrolment for students who intend to graduate by 31 March 2022.

Students expecting to graduate by the last session of academic year 2020/21 do not have to pay the enrolment fee for academic year 2021/22.

If they do pay the enrolment fee, but graduate by the last session of academic year 2020/21 (by 31 March 2022), the enrolment in the new academic year will be cancelled.
If you have paid only the first instalment amounting to €157.64, you will have to contact the Regional Authority for the Right to Higher Education (ER.GO) directly to request a regional tax refund (amounting to €140). The stamp duty amount (€16) will not be refunded. A request for the refund of the insurance fee (€1.04) can be submitted to the Student Administration Office.
If you have paid the single instalment or subsequent instalments, you must contact the Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Education (ER.GO) directly to request a regional tax refund (amounting to €140) and you must apply to the student administration office to request a refund of the instalments or of the single instalment. The stamp duty amount (€16) will not be refunded.

Students who, for any reason, are unable to graduate by the last session of academic year 2020/21, will have to pay the annual tuition fee for the 2021/22 academic year, plus the additional fee for late payment (for further information please see the Tuition fees webpage).

Please note that, in this case, in order for your fees to be calculated progressively based on your ISEE, the 2021 ISEE certificate for Right-to-Higher-Education benefits must be submitted by 30 October 2021 at 18:00 (or by 15 November 2021 at 18:00 with a late payment fee of €100). Otherwise the full yearly tuition fee for your degree programme will be applied.
