News

Until 20 April 2021 you can submit a late graduation application with an associated fee of € 100,00.

If you would like to apply, you can do so as per usual via Studenti Online by the set deadline.

Who is eligible for extension

If you are a student enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student, you are only eligible for extension if your study plan was complete and you fulfilled all attendance requirements by the end of the 2019/2020 a.y.

  • For Bachelor degrees – if you are enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. in the 3rd year either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student and if, by the end of the year, you included in your study plan all the learning activities required by your degree programme to be able to take the exams and graduate.
  • For Two year Master degrees – if you are enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. in the 2nd year either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student and if, by the end of the year, you included in your study plan all the learning activities required by your degree programme to be able to take the exams and graduate.
  • For five-year or six-year Single cycle degrees – if you are enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. in the 5th or 6th year respectively, either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student and if, by the end of the year, you included in your study plan all the learning activities required by your degree programme to be able to take the exams and graduate.

If you have to take exams in order to meet all the necessary requirements, please contact your contact teacher directly. If you did not take the language proficiency test, check the University Language Centre website to find out how to take the test.

Important: the extension of the deadline to 15 June 2021 is not envisaged for the degree programmes of Healthcare Professions, for the Single-Cycle Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, and for certain degree programmes offered in agreement with other universities (please always check the “Final examination procedures and deadlines” page on the website of your degree programme).

Who is not eligible for extension

You are not eligible for extension if:

  • you failed to meet attendance requirements by the end of the 2019/20 a.y.
  • you made changes to your study plan in the 2020/21 a.y. and took exams related to that study plan.
  • you did not have a complete study plan, so in the 2020/21 a.y. you had to make changes to include exams:
    - For Bachelor degrees, you are enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. in the 3rd year, either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student, and in the 2020/21 a.y. you made changes to your study plan to include exams because you did not have the 180 university educational credits you needed to graduate.
    - For Two year Master degrees, if you are enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. in the 2nd year either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student, and in the 2020/21 a.y. you made changes to your study plan to include exams because in your study plan you did not have the 120 university educational credits you needed to graduate.
    - For Two year Master degrees, if you are enrolled in the 2019/20 a.y. in the 5th or 6th year (in the five-year or six-year degree programme respectively), either regularly, “fuori corso” (past envisaged completion time for the degree course) or as a repeating student, and in the 2020/21 a.y. you made changes to your study plan to include exams because in your study plan you did not have the university educational credits you needed to graduate

Please note: this is not an early session of the 2020/21 a.y. If you are enrolled in the 2020/21 a.y. in the last year of a full-length degree programme, you are not eligible for extension.

You are also not eligible for extension if you had enrolled regularly in the 2019/20 a.y. in the last year of a full-length degree programme and are now enrolled in the 2020/21 a.y. as a repeating student.
