Learning outcomes
Workshop on comparative law and follow-up on contemporary issues about labour and company law, analysed by italian and german perspective.
Course contents
The workshop will be held in collaboration with Labour Law and Company Law' Professores, Italian and German.
Lessons will be held in English on the following topics:
- Dismissal;
- Social schock absorbers;
- Introducing to Company Law;
- Social enterprise.

Frontal lessons and debate on abovementioned topics.
Assessment methods
Attendance is compulsory.
Oral examination on abovementioned topics. In this assessment particular attention should be paid to knowledge of abovementioned topics;ability to reason, to make connections between topics, coordination and accuracy of the presentation.
