Learning outcomes

The main aim of the course is to give a practical orientation to entrepreneurship through the development of personal capabilities and the supply of operational and conceptual tools for the launch of an entrepreneurial venture.

Course contents

14th novembre 2019 : Entrepreneurship and the future of the work. Entrepreneurial characteristics to be future-proof. Identify opportunities and generate new ideas.

21st November 2019: Lean canvas: how to clarify your entrepreneurial idea. Basic tools for the development and testing of your own idea: value proposition and business model .

5th December 2019:  Which are the supporting initiatives at UNIBO and the its eco-system and How to be supported. Presentation design: How to explain your idea to the investors, potential partners and prospects. Rules and suggestions.

12th December 2019: Team and capitals: two basic variables for a successful startup. Which are the ways to find them.

19th December 2019: The idea protection and the enterprise foundation in technology based firms and social enterprises.

Teaching methods

Conventional, - Classroom to be held form 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Room 15 (14th nov. and 5th, 12th 19th dec.) and Room 9 (21st nov.) of the Teaching Hub of Forlì

Mandatory attendance. It is required that students attend at least 4 out 5 lessons in order to be admitted to the exam

Assessment methods

The final individual exam will be based on open (and/or closed) questions on the topics of the course. Marks will be awarded.
