Learning outcomes

The main aim of the course is to give a practical orientation to entrepreneurship through the development of the personal capabilities, leadership and the supply of operational and conceptual tools for the launching of an entrepreneurial innovative venture.

  • Business Model Canvas: how to develop your business idea
  • Principles of Marketing and Brand Management
  • Public Speaking and pitch: how to present a project
  • Project Management: basic principles
  • Corporate and social: B corp and benefit companies.
  • Women's businesses
  • How to be supported and what are the initiatives they support and the UNIBO ecosystem.

Recommended books to deepen the topics covered:
- Marketing 5.0, P. Kotler
- Creating Business Models, by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur

Teaching methods

They will be held in blended learning mode at Bologna and through TEAMS platform in days, hours and rooms it will be communicated as soon as possible.

Assessment methods

Participants will be asked to prepare a pitch on a business idea and present it during the course.

The final individual exam will be based on open (and/or closed) questions on the topics of the course. Marks will be awarded to the test.

Mandatory attendance. It is required that students attend at least 70% of the planned hours to be admitted to the exam.
