Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student knows the development of industrial relations, with particular reference to the historical evolution of union representation in Italy, the birth of trade unions and their internal functioning; It also includes the main characteristics of trade union trading techniques in the company and the prerogatives of corporate trade unions (RSA and RSU).
