Learning outcomes
The course provides students with an understanding of current issues related to critical business management: planning and project management. The course aims to help participants develop skills that enable them to: - understand what Project Management means and describe the skills required for project definition, planning and management. - Understand media-to-end relationships and articulate a hierarchy of goals. - develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) and identify precisely tasks and responsibilities. - allocating resources to individual products and conducting cost analysis. - Apply a streamlined approach to the definition, design and implementation of a project. - to consider the importance of the various Critical Path Methods (CPM) techniques and when they should be employed. - Understand the importance of leadership and team building to achieve business goals.
