Teaching methods

The course is entirely done during school hours. The lessons are supplemented by exercises in the classroom.

Assessment methods

The verification of the learning is done through written and oral exam, which ensures the acquisition of knowledge and skills.

The written test consists of two exercises: one on the failure analysis of beam plane system, the second one related to instability of plane beam system. The oral test consists in a discussion aimed at assessing the ability of the student to use the knowledge acquired.

Teaching tools

The tools to support teaching in the classroom are: the overhead projector and the projector.
